On this page we will answer some of the most commonly asked questions. Additional information will be added when needed, so please check this page once in a while.

On this page we will not publish operational or technical questions and answers about our analysers. If you have a question about our Urinalysis, Coagulation or Clinical Chemistry Analysers, just contact us.

Yes, we can offer you private label kits for almost all of our products. When we agree upon a minimum number of packages per year, we can design and produce your user inserts and kits.

Dutch Diagnostics is ISO 13485 Certified for many years. Our Notified Body is MDC. They will audit us every year to make sure we work according to the strict regulations in this Certificate.

Of course our Service is Free of Charge for all our customers. If we invite you for a training course (Coagulation Analyser for instance) we only ask you to pay for your plane ticket. We will take care of everything else, including hotel costs.

All of our products are guaranteed to work flawlessly. In case there is a problem with a product that cannot be solved locally, we ask you to contact us. We will then discuss the most convenient way of getting the product back to us. We will pay for these costs

For visitors to our website we offer some general info about our products of course. But for existing and new clients, we also have a closed section on our website (email us for your username/password). On these pages we offer downloads to our operator manuals, technical manuals, and IFU’s.

In our closed download section we can also put specific information for your company (Certificate of Marketability, Letter of Authorisation, Price lists, Free Sales Certificate etc). We will only do so on demand from you as our established customer.

Nearly all of our current partners have been our partners for over 10 years already. Esteemed and established companies from mainly Germany, Holland and Belgium.

We can supply you with support in Dutch, German and/or English. Our standard support will always include English, but on demand we can also offer this in Dutch or German.

For some of our products it is nescessary that on or more of your engineers come to Holland or Germany to get trained on the machines. We will pay for the training and hotel. We ask you to pay for your flight tickets.
